Determine the largest internal moment M that can be applied to the cross section without exceeding allowable tensile and compressive stresses of \(\left(\sigma_{\text{allow}}\right)_{\text{t}}=22 \ \mathrm{ksi}\) and (\(\left(\sigma_{\text{allow}}\right)_{\text{c}}=15 \ \mathrm{ksi}\) , respectively.
