I had him my freshman year for PSY 1010, so when I saw he was the professor PSY 3120 I definitely signed up. He was really great and very nice. I hired a tutor and Aced my last 2 tests after getting a D and a C on tests 1 and 2 but because of his extra credit I got a B+ in the class He uses learning curve, you'll be reading and taking quizzes before class, but it's useful because it prepares you for the lecture. His exams are a little difficult, but if you use learning curve and his lecture notes you should be good. ...Continue reading

hes a hard teacher, but if you show up to class and take good notes you'll do good. Knows his stuff but that should be given with Ph. D. With that said exams are very, very tricky and difficult. This class screwed up my GPA so I gotta take it over. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM, AND I WILL NEVER TAKE FROM HIM AGAIN FOR SURE!!! ...Continue reading

be prepared to work and take anatomy and physiology Best professor I've had at WSU. He makes very straightforward and clear presentations. If you miss a few classes make sure you've read the chapters and looked at his notes. He has a contagious interest in what he's talking about. His exams are not too difficult if you attend class. And I actually looked forward to his classes. He knows what he's talking about and makes lectures interesting. His tests are very hard, and he does NOT curve them. But, he assigns homework worth 34% of your grade, so do that and it helps a lot. Study his lecture notes a lot for the exam, and even though attendance isn't mandatory, I suggest going to class. ...Continue reading

He is a very knowledgeable man, but his tests are extremely difficult. In fact, he curves all of his exams because he knows from years of experience that his tests are hard. You all have to purchase a cheap online textbook and answer questions before every class, which is nice for extra points. The textbook did not help me for the exam, however. ...Continue reading

I normally don't really take these ratings seriously, so when I first read about Glen, I wasn't worried and took the class anyway. He has a 60 point cumulative final based on over 1000 terms used during the semester, and all the terms coincide with one another. He is also kind of arrogant and ****. ...Continue reading

All I can say is I advise not taking it unless mandatory. I was OBVIOUSLY wrong. DO NOT TAKE him if you don't intend to study a million hours a week in order to at least get a C on his exams. They're ridiculously hard and he doesn't care what you think. He really is difficult. ...Continue reading

He was a very inspirational although somewhat dry lecturer. He and has a very soft voice so I'd advise you sit in the front. In addition to the lectures, you need to know the lecture notes he posts on blackboard very well! More content comes from there for exams. Offers extra credit, lots of it. He's always willing to answer questions. He offers power points and outline lectures online so you don't have to go to class. He a very nice and smart guy! ...Continue reading

Gave the first 2 and last 2 MC and the vocab that was gonna be on the exam on random days, so show up. gave really in depth lectures- extra credit study guides- do them, they really bump up your exam scores! He's so knowledgeable about neuroscience, and gives life advice that is priceless- so much respect for him as a person. He shows some test questions in advance in class, offers extra credit & you only need 90% for an A. Such an interesting class. To people saying he is late: he is in a wheelchair, give him a break! ...Continue reading

He gives 3 point extra credit on your final grade. Attendance is a must although not mandatory. An A is very possible if you go to class and enjoy learning about neuroscience. Three exams- each worth 33.3% of your grade, but completed study guides will help you earn 5 extra points on each exam. He also offers extra credit which can boost your overall grade up by 3%! Attend class and sit in the front. Cut him slack for being late! ...Continue reading

Dr. Borszcz clearly lovesH his students and what he does. He assumes students have a prior knowledge of the subject- which many of us did not. Exams are so, so difficult- even when some questions are given before the exam! Nice not having to buy a textbook. I've never been taught in a way where I truly absorb/understand all the material the first time presented to me. He has impacted my academic career & has changed my mentality and level of respect towards psychology. His tests are fair. If he ever returns to WSU, be sure to take one of his courses. ...Continue reading
