I wish I had more than 350, but basically to sum it up, you will pay less and you will have a more respected degree if you take online classes from your State University instead of Kaplan . Very rigid grading-use rubric same from class to class-assembly line education-don't go The level of intelligence of some is a joke. ...Continue reading

This was an online school which for the most part was pretty bad. I moved from one state to another and did not need my degree for the professor of medical assisting. Now im out 22,000 in student loans for a degree i never needed in the first place. I got my ASBA from Kaplan and now I am in grad school somewhere else. Looking back Kaplan does not treat you like a student. They treat you like cattle. ...Continue reading

I had to correct professors on more than one occasion. The professors do not follow the syllabus for the papers and other projects that are due. The grammer by most of the teachers was aweful. Many of the teachers were inconsitent with their grading and getting back to the students when tehy asked questions. Clinical advisor was bad ...Continue reading

Expensive but well worth it. The first few terms are generally pretty easy, and are designed to get you comfortable with the class structure. However, once you're in the groove, the classes get hard, fast. Like any institute of higher education, you will take out only as much as you put in. ...Continue reading

Several of the questions asked do not apply to KU online. The professors care about their students and their success at the school. I graduated Suma Cum Laude after being out of school for 30 years, without the support, encouragement, and experienced professors I would never have made it. When it got overwhelming (it does) the advisor was right there. I was sad to leave! A+++ ...Continue reading

This school is only good if you take your time and push yourself to use all the resources they have. The once a week seminars isn't enough time and you only hear your teacher a total of 10 hours for the whole term. We don't even have Video Conferencing to see our teachers and I'm paying $65,000 for a degree. One term I only heard my teacher 7 times ...Continue reading
