Two solid shafts are connected by gears as shown and are made of a steel for which the allowable shearing stress is 7000 psi. Knowing that the diameters of the two shafts are, respectively, \(d_{B C}=1.6 \mathrm{\ in}\). and \(d_{E F}=1.25 \mathrm{\ in}\)., determine the largest torque \(\mathbf{T}_{C}\) that can be applied at C.
