Any frequency which is the integer multiple of the fundamental frequency is called the higher order harmonic. So it can be written as f = nf n Where f is the fundamental frequency and f is the nth order harmonic and n is the order of harmonic. n In the given problem we have f = 200 Hz Part I So, for the second order harmonic we will have n = 2, then we have f2= 2 × (200 Hz) = 400 Hz Part II For third order harmonic we have n = 3, hence we can write that f3= 3 × (200 Hz) = 600 Hz
