Th eir mean quantitative score was 275, and the standard deviation was 58. (a) Construct and interpret a 95% confi dence interval for the mean score m in the population of all young women. (b) Calculate the 90% and 99% confi dence intervals for m. (c) What are the margins of error for 90%, 95%, and 99% confi dence? How does increasing the confi dence level aff ect the margin of error of a confi dence interval?
