An Egyptian pyramid consists of a square base and four triangular sides. A model of a pyramid is constructed using four equilateral triangles each with a side length of 30 inches. Find the surface area of the pyramid model, including the base. (Note: Surface area is the sum of the areas of the four triangular sides and the rectangular base.
