Area of Inscribed Triangle. The area of a triangle inscribed in a circle can be found if you know the lengths of the sides of the triangle and the radius of the circle: Find the radius of the circle that circumscribes the triangle if the sides of the triangle measure 9, 12, and 15 inches and the area of the triangle is 54 square inches.
