Here, we have to find the highest partial pressure gas and partial pressure of D2.

Dalton’s law of partial pressure:

The total pressure in a mixture of gases is the sum of the partial pressure of each gas.

Ptotal   = P1 + P2 + P3+ ……….

Raoult’s law:

When two liquids that are completely soluble in one another are mixed together, the partial pressure of a component equal to its vapour pressure when pure at this temperature and its mole fraction in liquid.

PA = XA Ptotal

PA  = Partial pressure of gas A

XA  = Mole fraction of gas A

Ptotal   = Vapor pressure of mixture.
