Find the Riemann sum for \(f(x)=x^{2}+3 x\) over the interval [0,8], where \(x_{0}=0, x_{1}=1, x_{2}=3, x_{3}=7\) and \(x_{4}=8\) and where \(c_{1}=1, c_{2}=2, c_{3}=5\), and \(c_{4}=8\)
