The equivalent circuit in Figure P 3.6-45 is obtained from the original circuit by replacing series and parallel combinations of resistors by equivalent resistors. The values of the currents in the equivalent circuit are \(i_a = 3.5\) A and \(i_b = 1.5\) A. Determine the values of the voltages \(v_1\) and \(v_2\) in the original circuit.
