Analyze the data, assuming that the requirements for a randomized block are met with three blocks consisting, respectively, of samples 1, 2, 3, and 4; samples 5, 6, 7, and 8; and samples 9, 10, 11, and 12. a At the 5% significance level, is there evidence of differences in concrete strength due to the sand used? b Is there evidence, at the 5% significance level, of differences in average strength among the four types of concrete used? c Does the conclusion of part (b) contradict the conclusion that was obtained in Exercise 13.9?
