Honestly wish I would have gone here all 4 years instead of transferring in. K-State is your home away from home. In 9 out of the 10 buildings I've had class in the internet is perfect. Tons of ways to get involved, excellent Greek life, and easily some of the happiest and friendliest students you'll ever meet. EMAW ...Continue reading

There is not other place I would rather be than K-State! K-State is truly one big family! One of the reasons we're rated one of the happiest campus's in america I don't ever want to leave, but thanks to my adviser I know exactly how long it's going to take me to graduate and I stay on track. We get a bad reputation as a party school, but you'll find just as many people in the library as in Aggieville on a Saturday night. ...Continue reading

It's okay. I had a very bad experience here. If you are of a higher SES, look somewhere else. Yes, the people are nice but everyone is pretty trashy and lazy. The professors are awful. Happiest place in the Midwest. Extremely friendly, great learning environment, many opportunities to get help studying/tutoring, helpful professors, and lots of opportunities to become socially involved. I love it!!! Kansas State is a home away from home. I would strongly recommend against living in Jardine (campus appts): To park in front of your apartment costs several hundred dollars per academic year, the rules and nanny like attitude of staff can be suffocating , the internet is dreadful, and they tend to nickel and dime you to death with hidden fees. The dorms are a joke. Depending which side of the building you are on it could be pretty hot in your room and they turn the AC off and on randomly. WiFi is very fast. Parking is annoying. Lots to do, but not very many clubs for under 21. ...Continue reading
