Something gets “used up” in a battery that eventually dies and goes flat. One friend says that current is used up. Another friend says that energy is used up. Who, if either, do you agree with, and why?

Answer: Step 1: In a battery there are chemical energy stored in battery, when the chemical reaction takes place the current starts to flow. This current will flow till the chemical energy in the battery exist and the battery produce current but as soon as the chemical energy or reaction stops the battery dies and the current dies,
