Denoting by \(M_{Y} \text { and } \rho_{Y}\), respectively, the bending moment and radius of curvature at the onset of yield, determine (a) the radius of curvature when a couple of moment \(M=1.25 M_{Y}\) is applied to the bar, (b) the radius of curvature after the couple is removed. Check the results obtained by using the relation derived in Prob. 4.93.
