Here we have to rank the particles in an increasing order of charge.

The magnetic field is coming out of the page.

The velocity of the charges is towards right.

From the right hand screw rule, the magnetic force should be downwards if charge q is positive. But for A and B the force is upwards, so, the charges must be negative.
